Friction Stir Welding (FSW), as an advanced solid-state joining technology, has been widely applied in the automotive manufacturing sector. This article conducts a comparative study focusing on the FSW robot H1K500 and the gantry FSWG-3222, providing an in-depth analysis of their performance in actual production.II.
